How to post a battle

It's very simple to create an OC battle. First off, find an opponent. Then discuss on when your deadline will be. After the deadline, one of you should make a thread in this section and put your finished stories in a spoiler tag.

this is the code for those who doesn't know:
[spoiler*= "Participant Name Here"] (Insert story here) [/spoiler*]
(just remove the *)

The thread should have a public poll which is open for seven days so that the members can vote on who they want to win. Finally, leave the thread open even after the poll has closed in order for readers in the future to still be able to provide critique for either story.

NOTE: The polls should be PUBLIC
